The college also has representation from African American, Native American, Asian American, and Hispanic cultures. The college has a Multicultural Student Recruiter/Advisor on staff to help you deal with the unique challenges you may face. The advisor serves as an advocate for you and has a thorough understanding of your special concerns.

Hmong American Partnership
Assists Hmong adults in gaining English language and
job skills, and finding and retaining employment;
prevents Hmong youth involvement in drugs and
crime, while helping to improve their academic
achievement; helps Hmong parents increase their
confidence and ability to communicate with their
children; and assists Hmong college students
increase leadership, academic and career skills.
