Public Safety & Driver Training
Snow Plow Operator Training
This course develops proper driving attitudes. It provides participants with the correct principles and techniques needed to be a safe and skilled snow plow operator. Drivers need to be able to operate their vehicle under a number of variables including: weather conditions, condition of the vehicle, driver fitness, and most certainly the interaction with other drivers and pedestrians - all of whom react differently under increased stress. This course provides techniques to improve driving skills, and teaches how to use good judgment and heighten awareness while operating your vehicle. This training will help you adapt to the ever-changing situations that drivers must face.
The techniques presented in this course are based on scientific principles and the laws of physics. By applying the proper driving techniques that are taught in this class, you are a better representative of your company and enhance the image of all commercial operators. Participants in this course are encouraged to think positively and keep an open mind.
