Drops, Refunds & Withdrawals

Drop Policy

Courses longer than three (3) weeks may be dropped without financial responsibility during the first five (5) class days of the semester. You will receive a full refund of money paid.

After five days, the drop becomes a withdrawal. Nonattendance of a course does not constitute a drop. You are required to drop a course if you do not plan to attend classes.

Students receiving financial who make changes to their credit load should contact the Financial Aid Office to determine if the change will affect their aid status.

Withdrawal Policy

If a student chooses to withdraw from a single course, there is no reduction in tuition charges or refund.

If a student chooses to withdraw from all courses for the semester, charge reduction and/or refunds will be reduced incrementally as the semester progresses.
