Course Description
BIOL1110 : Environmental Science
This course emphasizes the fundamental concepts in ecology as they pertain to the impact of humans on the environment. It addresses such issues as the stresses placed on the biosphere by the exploitation of natural resources and energy, the creation of pollution and the disposal of waste.
