Course Description
BIOL1120 : Minnesota Nature Study
This course covers the natural habitats of Minnesota and the plants and animals that live in them. It includes such topics as our physical environment, ecology, and animal traits and behaviors such as mimicry or migration. Human interactions with these habitats and interdependence between states and countries with regard to wildlife are covered.
Prerequisites: None.
Credit Breakout: 2.00 lecture, 1.00 lab, 0.00 other.
Student Expectations:
Each student will spend at least five hours per week preparing for class. Attendance is critical in this class.
