ENGL1400 : American Short Story

This course emphasizes the review and analysis of examples of the short story format. These stories will be by various American writers from the period 1789 to the present. Also included in the course content are critical reading and logical reasoning.

Prerequisites: Recommended CPT score over 25%. Offered: Spring

Student Expectations:
Each student will spend at least 6 hours per week preparing for class. Attendance is critical in this class.
