Housing Information

The Student Services Office keeps a list of rooms and apartments that are available for rent to students. Apartment and house owners provide this information to the Student Services Office. Dakota County Technical College does not seek out facilities that may be available for rent to students. This housing list is provided solely as a convenience to students. Dakota County Technical College is not responsible for any matters relating to property leases or rental agreements. Dakota County Technical College makes no inspections of the listed premises, has no knowledge of the listed premises, and makes no representation regarding the liability or safety of listed premises or the neighborhood in which the premises are located. Dakota County Technical College also has no knowledge of and makes no representation regarding whether the listed premises are in compliance with state or local laws, regulations, or ordinances.

Housing Lists

The Student Services Office maintains a housing list for students based on information primarily provided by the general public. An apartment resource list is also available. Dakota County Technical College does not provide any other additional housing services than the list. Dakota County Technical College is not responsible for matters of leases, contracts, condition of facility or any other arrangements between parties.

Note: Ads will remain on the list for three months unless the Student Services Office is notified differently. The date with each ad indicates when it was added to the list.

Kidder Park Townhomes

Three bedroom 1 1/2 bath single-level townhomes available. Private entry and garage. On-site laundry, playground, and basketball court. Located in Rosemount off County 42 and Shannon Parkway. Rent is $815/mo. with security deposit equal to one month rent. Currently are offering a "first month free with 12 month signed lease" special. Units available for July, August, and September. Section 42 Affordable Housing
