Welcome to Class Registration

Online registration is available to students admitted to the College. If you are not yet admitted to the college please register using the Part-time Registration Form . Below are the conditions and terms of your registration transaction. By clicking YES below, you are agreeing to terms and conditions for payment tuition and fees and registration transactions.

  • There may be financial aid implications of your registration transactions. Questions about financial aid must be directed to the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
  • Class registration transactions (drop/add/withdrawal) are only available during the first five business days of the term.
  • Other web transaction (payment, DARS reports, academic record inquiries) are available throughout the term.
  • You are responsible for your registration, including academic consequences that result from that schedule.
  • You are responsible for all tuition and fee charges resulting from your registration, and to meet the payment due date indicated in the class schedule.

Drop/Reduction of credits

During fall and spring term, you may drop courses without financial consequences if:

  • The courses are more than three weeks in length and
  • You have requested drop within the first Five business days

If you request to reduce you credits after the first five business days, the courses will be listed with a grade of “W” (withdrawal) on your transcript. There is no refund.

Withdrawal from ALL classes

If you choose to withdraw from ALL of your credits:

  • You must formally notify the Registrar’s office in writing using a withdrawal form.
  • Withdrawal forms are available in the Student Services office.
  • Refund of tuition and fees will be granted based on the following schedule:
Courses at least 10 weeks in length
Refund Allowed Dates of Withdrawal
100% 1 st through 5 th business day of term
75% 6 th through 10 th business day of term
50% 11 th through 15 th business day of term
25% 16 th through 20 th business day of term
No refund After the 20 th business day of the term

Note: Courses that are less than three weeks in length are not eligible for refund after the course has begun.

Withdrawal from a single class

You may withdraw from a full term course the second through the fifteenth week of the course. You must complete a course withdrawal request form available in the Student Services 0ffice. If you want to withdraw from a course that ends before the fifteenth week of the term, you may do so before 80% of the class has elapsed. Please note:

  • A grade of “W” will be recorded on the transcript for each from which you withdraw.
  • If you receive Financial Aid, your withdrawal form must be signed by a financial aid officer before the withdrawal form will be processed.

Summer session

After the course begins, there will be no refund granted if the course is less than three weeks in length. All other drop/credit reduction, withdrawal, and refund schedules apply. See Registration staff if you have questions or concerns.
